Checked in by the receptionist Sofia who was very friendly and professional. I was seen by Dr Shalders and her team, Annette, Vicky and Nicky who all introduced themselves and were extremely friendly, professional and caring. Everything was explained to me very well and very professionally. Thank you to all the staff.
