The care was good and all staff friendly. We had to wait over seven hours due to blood tests etc. (we were of this when we asked what the cause of action would be so it was not a problem - just boring). 1. Our wait could have been improved if the TV reception was improved. 2. The seats had padded armrests. Also, more support on arms for patients nursing/holding children. 3. There was a head support (wines) like on planes, so people that were not well could have a cat NAP.
