My ankle is sprained and the service was very good. Patient, kind careers and a very good service. We didn’t wait for more than like an hour and it said we had to wait 2-3 hours! Now we are waiting for the X-Ray and we haven’t been waiting for more than like 30 so a fine start. Thanks
It is very good. They are taking good care of my sister’s ankle and they are kind and patient. Very good service. Waited longer than expected, but I expected 30 minutes, so it only was 30 minutes more than I expected. Great!
The staff, Dr's and Nurses in the Breast Care Clinic were kind and professional. A brilliant team.
What a dedicated team you have - from the cleaning staff, aides and nurses, through to the doctors, consultants and registrar. Your medical staff work so tirelessly to give the best possible care in a very pressured environment. I've never witnessed such dedication in any corporate environment and sincerely hope that these wonderful people are appreciated. Of special note was one of the ward sisters - Mini-Blessing and young doctor Emily. Thank you everyone!
I would like to take the opportunity to pass on thanks to 2 specific midwives. Tamsyn (ADU) & Lilly (DELIVERY). They have made our care brilliant. Without them your service wouldn’t be a good experience. I had a terrible experience last time and so I was and am still full of worry and anxieties but the midwives mentioned have been individual, personal, caring, compassionate and ‘midwvies’. P/n ward: my care experience has been ok, I have a baby on NICU so haven’t spent a lot of time on the ward but when I’ve have needed a rest/food or worries the midwives have been completed. I have never been under pressure to be discharged, but this was my main concern from last time so whether it’s been documented to avoid discussing it. Ps: need more supplies for breakfast, it’s very restrictive for breastfeeding mums! One slice of toast...
