I have been treated in a very friendly, helpful, and courteous manner by all of the staff, first class treatment. The volunteer Mimi was so cheerful and friendly, she made me so at ease during the surgery and provided refreshments afterwards.

Review: yawning nurse whilst conducting a review - what can I say. I guess its boring for the nurse to be doing the same thing time and again but for me its not and its important to feel I am getting respect.
