Customer service and care by nurses etc.
Had to challenge doctors on Warfarin dosage twice, which in turn lead to a higher dose. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Receptionist directed us to the wrong waiting area. After 3/4 hours we were taken to the right place after questioning the long wait. Dr and nursing staff were polite and informative.

The excellent life saving treatment I received at this hospital was very reassuring. I now find that the follow up care and advice equally helpful and second to none. So I have every confidence in taking the specialist's advice especially with my health problems.
