All staff are extremely courteous from admission to appointment, then onto theatre and recovery room staff, to the ward and then ready for home.
Fabulous work you all do.Well done each and every one of you.
Please pass on our thanks to Robyn (nurse practitioner) and the team in the children’s part of A&E. My 2 year old son was seen for a cut finger afternoon of Friday 21st Aug which was distressing for him (and myself!). We were seen relatively quickly and treated with compassion and professionalism which made a huge difference to a stressful experience. Thanks to the whole team for your friendly care and compassion.
Despite a slight mix up over my husband being allowed to stay with me, everyone has been incredibly kind, courteous and involving.
I had the honour of meeting with Sandeep Dahiya at the Rheumatology Department on Thursday 6th August. He explained everything very clearly and gave me helpful advice on improving my lifestyle. The questions I asked were answered in a full and understanding way.
As a patient you don't know what to expect and feel nervous, Mr. Dahiya, put me at ease and gave me the necessary information on the procedure I was due. He was polite and very helpful.
I will have no apprehensions the next time that I have an appointment with this gentleman. Thank you NHS and all the staff I met who were always helpful.
Very calm and clean.
Food terrible. Not enough staff to patients. Very poor communication by phone by staff, and virtually non existent.
The team on Ward A2/3 were kind, compassionate and professional. The demands on their resources were exacerbated by the Covid working oractive requirements, but they handled the mix of challenge with great grace and humour.
Brilliant treatment and wonderful care. I've been few days with my broken leg.
Thank you very much
Staff was friendly and professional
The team in ward 14b looked after my mother Patricia O'Farrell until yesterday where she was being treated for covid, she has now been taken back to her care home after making great progress. I would like to pass on the thanks of myself and all the family to the whole team who provided care and support to the highest level. Its very difficult not being with family when they are very ill but the consolation in this case was mum was with people who truly cared and for that i cannot thank you enough. Please all take care and stay safe during this very stressful time, thank you all.
