Very polite, professional care and treatment from reception and all staff with whom came into contact: Laura, Lynsey, Aishling. Shyama and Mr Hornam. Clear, succinct relaying of results and it being clear that I could ask any questions much appreciated, as was the awareness that emotional response on my part could not be totally predicted. Thanks again :-). Think department is doing well. Still think would be helpful to have a quick sign in to note arrival.
