Good is the nursing staff mostly - in particular Moniak Grozdhs, she is most helpful and showed me so much care. Sadly the night staff elsewhere the opposite rude and got Mary when I kept asking for things.
Bad.
Kept cancelling my operaion and even the time on the day, not good enough communication. I felt that I was unimportant also because of these changes. I had to stay on a Green Tarparin for 28 hours which made my legs back very sore.
