The care and treatment by the staff cant be faulted. The issue and its a big issue is the utterly poor communication given to the patient and immediate family. So far at the point of writing this I have 3 days of not being informed sufficiently to arrange care for my daughter or be able to make informed decisions on whether I stay at the hospital or go home. The picture painted by the staff, I understand to has be cautioned but not having any facility for partners to stay overnight. I wouldn't even mind if it was a mattress on the floor. There is no accommodation close by either. Something needs adjusting or provision needs to be made.
