I had to go in yesterday with inflammation of my tonsils and I was really worried it was Covid-19. Dr Muhammad Allauddin and his team were brilliant - especially Nurse Alka. Would you please thank Dr Muhammad and Nurse Alka personally for their professionalism, attentiveness, patience and dedication. They really are an exemplary reflection of the excellent service provided by the NHS and should be congratulated.
