After having a csection was left uncomfortable and covered in blood. My mother helped clean me up while still numb from the spinal. Waited ages for painkillers. never saw a midwife for hours on end even straight after csection. The midwifery care assistants were amazing though. Discharge was delayed hours due to paperwork issues. Communication was awful
