Thank you so much to all the staff from A&E to Ward 33 that took care of us during a particularly distressing time. Particularly Ward 33, being able to stay with my Partner made a huge difference to both of our experiences of an incredibly painful experience. Every member of staff was professional, thoughtful and compassionate. I feel incredibly lucky that the Ward is a service available to this community.

Suggested improvements
I'd like to stress, no "improvement" here would have changed how I felt about the care we received, it was amazing and I'm so grateful to every member of staff who helped us. Triage waiting time in A&E: Wait time of over an hour, trying to get readmitted to a Ward you only just left. I understand why we had to go through A&E, why wait times are long. Communication between departments: Multiple blood tests to get the same information because one department hasn't sent them on, feels like a waste of resources. From a patient POV, if it's difficult to draw blood this adds significant distress for a minor admin process error.
