We arrived at 5pm on a friday evening expecting to be there all evening. By 7pm we were on our way home having been seen by 4 people and had an xray. My daughter did have a fractured wrist and the care she received was great. They were kind and patient. The Children's separate A and E at TW hosp is spot on and made the experience much better. The whole experience from start to finish far exceeded my expectations and we even had a follow up phone call a few days later which was also reassuring.
