1. Wonderful nursing. 2. Wonderful knowledge of specialist so grateful. Just one nurse really wound me up. I do not even like to complain but night nurse John (CCU) appears not to know the meaning of love. Did he have a mother who ever showed him love? He comes over as lacking love, empathy, understanding, listening skill, very hard in fact. I have done long training in professional listening. He would benefit from that. I was refused a sleeping tablet - said it was difficult to get a doctor's permission.
