The way they responded to my diffcult birth. Was transfered to Bath for forceps/ ventouse & it was all dealt with extremely well, the right decision was made & fast & had ongoing support from Geraldine up to hospital (bath) which I am extremely greatful for.

All staff were extremely kind, caring and helpful. They bent over backwards to help in every way, but also gave time and space to bond with the baby too. I could not recommend Paulton highly enough!

Staff were attentive, caring, supportive and gave great advice& assistance when struggling with feeding & sleeping. Has made transition to a new Mum more manageable when feeling very vulnerable and inadequate. PBC is an excellent place to get post-natal support.
