I had a blood test today and due to staff shortages they were running half an hour late . I just wanted to say they were organised , efficient , polite and helpful and the whole things was being managed beautifully by the security guard on duty at 9am . Didn’t manage to get his name but he deserves a round of applause for keeping people organised , distanced from each other , explaining what was happening , answering people’s queries and directing them . Bringing out chairs for elderly people in the queue outside and maintaining a cheerful happy demeanour at all times . He really was a credit to the department and hospital and brilliant at customer care 10/10
