Attended for a pre-booked blood test. Arrived at stipulated time to be told they were running 45 mins to an hour late. Told to wait outside the door in the rain and 2 deg C. They would call me in just before they were ready. Don't go here for a blood test. It's a shame nobody from the hospital ever responds to the posts on here. Just shows they don't give a damn about patients.

I have several visits to Orsett eye clinic over the last few years. I have always received great care and treatment.
