The hospital was clean and tidy but it was the staff that made my stay a really good experience. Every single member of staff that i dealt with was absolutely amazing and i can not thank them enough for making me feel calm and relaxed.
The 3 main people that dealt with me were Danielle & Leah (day) and Anna (night)- i think these were their names they did tell me, sorry if i got them wrong. The 3 ladies are an absolute credit to your hospital. Individually all so lovely and caring- thank you so much for looking after me. During my stay nothing was too much effort for them. There were a few issues but all of them were resolved - like the antibiotic drip that i needed not being in stock- but the staff made sure i was aware of this and kept me updated and provided me with a tablet form instead. As well as the buzzer i had not working but a solution again was sorted and i was provided with a phone to contact them should i need them. Thank you
