I saw Dr Hilmi Recica in dermatology. He was friendly, informative and reassuring when I had an ulcerated cyst on my back. I was dealt with in a very efficient way, but still felt I was treated as an individual person, which I have not always experienced at other private hospitals.
One Hatfield is efficient and clean with helpful staff. My one request would be clients are asked to wear masks by the reception staff, to make us all feel safe
