I had a bilateral breast reduction at One Ashford 3 weeks ago and I have nothing but praise for the staff there. From the moment of admission and taken up to my ward by a lovely porter who explained how all the 'gadgets' in my room worked, to the nurses who checked me in etc, the professionalism and care of the staff was 100%. Super clean room. Everyone sanitising hands etc on entering room, etc. Room was lovely and bright - excellent wc facilities.
The care from the nurses was second to none - Jenny, Emma and Jane in particular, thank you! They work very hard but were always happy and kind. I had a light supper after surgery which was lovely (thank you to the lovely catering lady) and before I was discharged the following day had a wonderful lunch. Three days post surgery I had a call from a nurse at One Ashford to check that I was feeling okay. Outpatients for change of dressings was fabulous. First class all the way - would not hesitate to recommend to anyone if needed surgery/outpatient care. Thank you.
