Oaklands was reasonably ok apart from: 1. Being sent to the wrong department by reception staff and waiting for 3 hours in the wrong place. 2. The dirty bloodstains on the recovery room floor. 3. The night nurse who said she was busy when I asked for a recuperative cup of tea. 4. The anaesthetist who wouldn't tell me what he was doing. 5. the plaster technician who effectively broke my ankle
