Having attended cardiac rehab I wanted to rebuild lost muscle mass and booked a few sessions to see Dave Bown the personal trainer with the physiotherapy department.
I really enjoyed the sessions and Daves professionalism so much so that I continued to attend for 12 months, and achieved my training goals and was able to take some of the training techniques into my sessions at my own gym.
