I have an operation on Thursday which I have paid for around 7 grand may I add just to be ill informed of dates...covid test date was booked for Monday without my consent then Tuesday both days I was busy had nurses ringing me yesterday to rebook for the Tuesday but if I don't answer what makes it okay to put it to a time and date I haven't agreed with to the point they've asked me to come in Tuesday at 2pm so I did that no problem then had to wait till half 2 to be seen when I have mental and physical health needs that require me not to wait to long or atleast be updated well, disgusting tbh...
