We were warmly welcomed to the unit at Cambridge after a long journey by train and arriving early for our consultation. We were offered tea and coffee on arrival and there were very comfortable chairs for me to sit in given my neck condition and discomfort . A very pleasant and calming environment for waiting in . Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Thankyou
