I came for a consultations with Mr Laing, then pre op assessment.
Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Dot conducted my pre op assessment and she explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. She put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with her. I did not feel pressured at all to hurry things along, which can sometimes happen. Her and her staff were wonderful - kind and caring. Thank you
