I had an accident in March 2014 and went to my local NHS and was told that there was no damage to my joint. I was in desperate pain and as i had insurance asked my GP to refer me to Nuffield, whilst also waiting for an emergency appointment at trauma and orthopeadics just in case my insurance did not agree to the referral. I was seen within 2 days, had scans and results back within a week and was booked for surgery 7 days later! The consultant was amazing, the nurses trated me so well that i did not want to leave. I cant comment on the food although it looked great, I just was not up to more than toast and tea, but that was bought along hot whenever I needed it. After having been made to feel as if I was a time waster at the A&E department, the respect and treatment at the old evelyn could not have been better. I had a major injury and this was seen to brillaintly. Thank you. My one improvement would be for more TV access, or maybe a DVD player as I am not a fan of freeview.
