I was very well looked after by all of the staff at the hospital involved in my care. Unfortunately their good work was undermined by the two rude receptionists I was unfortunate enough to encounter. Also, patients and visitors need to be aware of a very zealous car parking firm recently contracted to make money from you should you need to park at the hospital and not comply exactly with the rules and regulations regarding parking your vehicle.
