I came to the Nuffield many years ago, but decided I preferred the Hartswood because it looked better and seemed cleaner so for that reason I never tried again.
After being asked by my consultant if I would mind having the procedure at the Nuffield to speed things up, I wasn't too keen but agreed.....how glad I am, what a transformation, I was surprised to see that the tired decor had gone, and the rooms were all decorated really tastefully and modern.
As for the staff.....everyone that I came into contact with from reception staff to the Matron made my brief stay a really relaxed, pleasant, friendly experience, one that I would certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
