Appointment on time. Staff are ALWAYS very friendly and make you feel comfortable during what could be an uncomfortable/embarrassing consultation. Also just recently have been able to get appointments for prep much easier. The nurse today told me this is because you have changed who can do the prep appointments, in my experience this change is working well.

Not an easy one given you’re limited on space but more parking would be great.

The staff were incredible and looked after me so well they always had time for me and were able to listen to my worries or concerns and reassure me

Most of the time every time was fine.

Night staff said to just a bottle- but I wanted to walk to the bathroom I just needed supervision with my walking.

Communication . Not told initially what to expect, is it okay to feel certain ways and at first didn’t know I could walk around whilst on drip, thought I was bed bound during this time. Better updates valuable throughout
