Everyone has been so attentive, friendly and her made me feel confident. They have not hesitated to contact appropriate departments for advice and expertise. I would not fault the staff at all. Lovely and totally professional.

Staff were nice patients were friendly sleep was relatively comfortable.
Suggested improvements
Offer pillows and thicker blankets- it gets really cold at night and the pillow was thin and hurt my head/ neck.

Once again the Rheumatology Daycare Team delivered care of a very high standard ensuring that patients feel safe and that all the Covid 19 protocols are adhered to. This team has continued to treat patients throughout the pandemic and they are a very dedicated and friendly team. They are a credit to Northwick Park Hospital and the NHS.
