About A&E you have to improve service people are in pain they have to be { } to the pain is not fair someone I am serious pain and wait 3 hours like me because only 1 doctor.

When someone calls to the emergency place please do not ask questions details because clearly they called emergency for urgent help. You do not know what is happen for example someone could be dying so please do your questions later and support the person first please.
