Kind staff in paeds would have been helpful for triage to indicate how long the wait was likely to be. There was a delay and my daughter deteriorated during this time, it was hard to find someone to let them know very pleased with treatment received, through observation.

They straight away took care of her and tried to fund out what it was that giving her the pain.
They even offer her a bed to rest as the nurses looked after her nicely and carefully and friendly. It was overall a good treatment received!! Thank you very much.
