Good - friendly staff; nice environment; excellent housekeeping - sheets etc Bad - lack of anything to eat or drink when I was told I could have something in the evening as hadn't had anything, even water all day as instructed. there was not even any water offered and the shops were closed so had to wait until 8am next day.
