Doctor N. Kmal was good, explained things properly. Receptionist S. Janal was good, friendly and simily. But I have a complain as my appointment was suppose to be in different hospital this week and I received a letter today to let me know that my appointment was changed to today. If I didn't see the letter in time, the appointment would have been wasted. I think this question is irrelevant as nobody recommend this service. If somebody got my medical condition then they do not have a choice. You visit your GP, get referred to hospital. No choice in choosing so this question does not make sense.
