Nurses and doctors were attentive and answered our questions clearly. The care in paediatric emergency was very good. The check in desk process at reception was poor. We were quickly filtered to desks 3/4 but kept waiting for 15 minutes with a child refereed by a GP for breathing difficulties while the receptionist photocopied papers for nurses/ doctors.
