Caroline is the Nurse who phoned to advise me in preparation for the appointment. She was incredibly helpful, very positive and answered all of my questions.

Suggested improvements
It was all positive. My telephone appointment was due at 10.00am. The letter advising me of the appointment arrived at about 11.30am. I think it would have been useful to advise me of the appointment by text and I could have made sure I was free at that time. All in all though everything is being done with such rapidity and efficiency this was a small point.
