Some nurses were really good and prepared to go above and beyond their call of duty and some nurses were basically downright rude, obnoxious and arrogant. I was always made to feel that I was not one of the patient of 10. Always we have 10 patients. Nurses are overworked and therefore the 'attitude'. Please excuse by handwriting as hands not working. People like Emma are great. She is HCA but should be a nurse. She is fantastic as far as patient care is concerned.
