80 years old noman waited over 5 hours in SAU to see a doctor. Nurses tried calling than only to be told they were non critical and would have to wait. We were given an appointment from A+E in Saturday.

Nurses tried to help but a totally appalling service./nCannot believe there is only ENT { } for the whole of the hospital./nWhen asked for a letter to show the car park was politely refused even though you have { }.
