Is the patient journey. It takes very long to be seen and goes through many different shops. Ony at the fuel stage you would be offered pain relief. Would be good for A&E reception to show more compassion for people who are in clear discomfort.

Suggested improvements
Some of the staff around A&E could be more friendly. Although I understand they have a lot of people to deal with everything. SAU level 2 has been great throughout.
