A number of different sections/departments - All of them tried to get procedures done - promptly.
Suggested improvements
Keeping patients informed waiting times (approx) would help, especially when we have to be sitting for best part of the day (in our case 10-45 am - 5.15 am still ongoing) we appreciate you are all working hard but to keep informed is better (especially for elderly).
