Staff were overall friendly and helpful, staff were responsive to my needs. I was involved in my care. I felt listened to and respected. Some concerns regarding confidentiality handover and medical reviews in bays in presence of others patients and visitors. Overall the experience was positive and care was good I would recommend to friends and family.
