Although I'm not happy about giving my full name, address etc, the service that NGH area R provides is very personal.
Just talking would be embarrassing to most but, the professionalism of all the staff is better than my own doctor... talking openly about your sexuality and encounters is dignified, and non-judgemental. That is followed by the tests. I already felt relaxed and my confidence was further boosted when yhe procedures were explained completely. Permission was asked before anything was done.
The results followed by test the following week.
Very happy with Northampton sexual health.
I will be going regularly. Thankyou

I used the blood taking unit this morning. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The service was very efficient, and the staff friendly and competent. An excellent service, I was most impressed.

Lyn was great and made us feel relaxed, comfortable and safe.
I loved that she put my daughter in control and ensured that she was comfortable and could pick and choose what services suited her best.
Lyn has exceptionally good communication skills.
5 star service.
