Having been treated at Northampton General Hospital for cancer over the last few months, I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the treatment I was given. If I were to offer any constructive criticism it would have to be of car park payment facility. I do not understand why the previous system of taking a ticket and then paying according to the amount of time you have been on site to a pay and display system which doesn't accept card payment, phone payment or accept new pound coins and the change machine is out of order. This really does add frustration to an already traumatic time.
