I arrived at Northampton General Hospital 17.12.2017 distressed and in severe pain, reception took details from my husband whilst Emma Rutter promptly took me through to a private room and treated me sympathetically, organised X-ray which I had when arriving at department, in chair organised by Emma. I can only apologise for not knowing all staff names, a big thank you to you all. My first time as a patient, I have experienced the hospital via my husband being treated, we both have been exceptionally pleased every time.
