I attended a one off appointment at North Shields CMHT in March 2013. The building was quite outdated and could do with a refurb. The reception staff were quite curt and weren't very welcoming. I have only met one member of staff there, and it was a very bad experience. I left feeling significantly worse than when I went in. Unless the staff improve their attitude towards patients I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
