people mention the building being old but that dont bother me as its clean and decorated.anyways im there for my mental health not to buy a house!! reception staff have always been polite, but i found this one hard to rate with stars as been seen by 2 shrinks there and one of them dr armstrong is rude and abrupt in and out in 5 minutes he not interested in what you have to say, other shrink dr hannah was lovely and polite but i dont think she took on board what i was saying, mabye its the laungage barrier as she is not english, she also never sent next appointment so i had to arrange it myself but thats fine im ok with that, however it appears a dr kale from whitley bay practice has put a list of 6 or 7 diagnosis on my file dont know why as ive only been diagnosed once,i only seen his him for emergency prescription so how can he diagnose me when i wasnt there long enough and i was very vague with info he asked about,he was a unprofessional horrible person!! it took from 1994 until 2006 to diagnose me which is a long time, anyways 6 years after getting correct medication i relapsed that was 2012 ,its now 2018 so ive waited 6 years to get back on right medication and now ive been told i need another diagnosis dont know why as i know whats wrong and what meds work,im really annoyed because over the last 24 years i have only felt like my normal self for 6 of those years,so ive lost 18 years of my life because nobody listened to what i was telling them, mental health services in north east are pretty bad compared to those in birkenhead where i was diagnosed when living there!!
