This is not a good place for people who are mentally unwell. Appointments are cancelled at short notice and staff often forget appointments. The building is very old fashioned and not near anywhere, so it is hard to get there. From the staff ive met there they arent very nice, all very arrogant and not friendly. They didnt notice when i was in crisis, they didnt help until it was to late. They push medication instead of counselling or talking therapys. I know other patients who wouldnt recommend this place either., its really bad ....
