I attended the cycstoscopy department on 20/7/23 .
Being also a nhs staff, I was able to review this department from patients point of view
The doctor ( female) and her team of three nurses attended to me very kindly, thru played my favourite artist to calm me down during my procedure.
They were great ambassadors for the hospital.
I am grateful to them for making my experience a great one
