North East London NHS Treatment Centre

I cannot fault the overall care given prior to surgery and after. All prior appointments were on time almost to the minute. Staff were very informative beforehand. Care during stay was excellent from the young porter who wheeled me to xray, and the tea/meal lady upwards. All could not do enough and were always available. 5 star treatment. A very efficient process.

I attended for a operation 30.1.2021 and from start to finish the staff were amazing i was made to feel safe and relaxed pre op and the same when i returned from theater in these difficult times when my wife could not be with me she was kept updated of my progress through the day. I also witnessed the care given to an elderly gentleman in the bed opposite me and it was a pleasure to see Nursing at its best. Thank you James Fanning

the care i recieved was first class better than private i would go there again anytime it was spotless the staff very professional 10/10

The staff are excellent, especially those on the ward. I was treated with great care and in a dignified way. The ward was clean, the nursing staff were outstanding and the physio team superb. I wouldn't want to be treated anywhere else now that I have experienced excellent care st the North East London Treatment Centre.

My experiences at the centre are memorable for the competence and professionalism shown by the staff. The procedural paths are slick and invoke trust. The natural angst attached to any future condition that required hospital attention would be lessened by referral here.
