The emotional support shown by Debbie was fantastic, the massage treatment she gave where a life saver.
Helped me so much as as stress relief, just half an hour of bliss & total me time. Time to drift off and forget all the stress

Once a week I had the Feldenkrais method treatment for 12 sessions. At the end I had a feeling of well-being and my confidence had returned
I was treated with dignity and respect by Hilary. Each time I came home rejuvenated.

I enjoy the Wednesday day centre the volenteers and patients are so welcoming and friendly it is a day to look forward to each week
The volunteer drivers are friendly and made sure you are safe while in their care
